Our take
The Plus4 is Qidi’s engineering value play: a 305×305×280mm enclosed chamber actively heated to 65°C, a 370°C integrated hotend that unlocks PPS-CF, and 600mm/s motion with full auto leveling. The dual-motor Z-axis and 6mm-thick bed keep large parts flat. It prints engineering materials that machines twice its price struggle with.
Pros
- 65°C actively heated chamber
- 370°C nozzle — PPS-CF capable
- 305mm build area
- Rigid dual-motor Z, thick heated bed
Cons
- Qidi slicer less polished than Bambu’s
- Heavier and louder than consumer cubes
- Interface takes getting used to
Verdict
The engineering-filament bargain of the catalog — chamber heat and a 370°C hotend for mid-range money.
